Teams and Work Groups

I teach people how to make working with each other more effective and fun. Often, I get called to help intact teams that need to function more interdependently and synergistically. I often work with staff work groups (especially in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure that the work group is more than a collection of professionals serving assigned client groups—that it is a forward-leading center of excellence that drives client and organizational growth. My three most frequent client requests are:

– Help my team start smart

– Fix my cranky and inadequately performing team or department

– Take my good team and help us level up

As the leader of one of the groups with whom I worked said, “When I want something to change, I call you.”
