Strengthening Our Partnership

  • What do you currently value most about how we’ve been working together?
  • What do you think I could better understand about how you work best?
  • What are 1-2 adjustments you would want me/us to make? How might those adjustments have played out in some recent situations?
  • Are we communicating and connecting at the right cadence currently? What might we change to be even more in sync?
  • What else might we talk about that we never seem to get the time to cover?
